Software for the people
who actually run the post.
Safetrac is guard management software for private patrol operators. Guards run patrols from an app on their own phone. Every checkpoint scan, photo and report is GPS-pinned and timestamped as it happens, supervisors watch it live, and the client gets a professional Daily Activity Report in their inbox without anyone assembling one.
Six decisions that shaped
everything else.
Most guard management software is priced and packaged for the hundred-guard contract. We built for the operator running four posts and trying to win a fifth — and then made it hold up when they get it.
Who builds
Safetrac.
Safetrac is built by Safetrac Software, Inc. The marketing site you are reading lives at safetrac.io; the platform itself runs at mysafetrac.app, with iOS and Android apps for guards and supervisors.
Pricing is deliberately simple and public: $200 a month covering your first 10 users, then $8 per user, dropping to $6 at 100 users and $4 at 250. No annual commitment, no setup fee, no per-feature upsell. The full breakdown, including a calculator, is on the pricing page.
If you are already paying for another platform we will cover up to three months so you are never double-billed during the switch, and our team does the import.
We write the guides
